That is enough depending on what your trying to maintain. I take 100mg cyp a week. As strength goes I maintain bench 225lbs 10 reps x 3 sets. Squats 315 10reps for 2-3 sets. I cruise at that dose and keeps my shape just fine. I'm not trying to get huge though. Just keeps me healthy and strong. My testosterone levels stay above 800 all week with just 100mg. That's plenty to maintain and still let your body recover. If you are trying to compete you may need a higher dose.
 
yes it will trust me... if your not happy they bump it. ive done 250 1 shot every 2 weeks worked nicely to maintain.
 
Don't cut off 500 cals right off the bat or anything. Ease into it and you'll be fine cutting 200 cals at a time IMO

IMO 150mgs of test is not a sufficient enough insurance policy for this purpose.

i agree . IF he was super carefull and very slow with his cutting then 150 would be fine but as cheap as test eth and cyp are along with little to no side effects from 300 mg a week its a no brainer IMO.

no all that would eb is replacing what your shuttign down, and then you will just waste away from starving like normal and be wasing gear on top of it.

make it 400mg ew teste 400mg maste ew for 14weeks


or even 250-500mg teste ew 12wks + 60mg anava ed for 8wks maybe starting at wk3 of test then start the trim down?
