he is not maintaining or cruising guys, he is talking about dropping below maintenance calories and into a deficit to shed body fat and hold on to as much of his hard earned muscle as possible.
IMO 150mgs of test is not a sufficient enough insurance policy for this purpose.
300mg on the low end IMO
