Is 34 to old to START using this stuff and going to the gym?

I have been lifting off and on for the last 3 years. Nothing to horribly consistent. I have would go for 4 to 5 months like my life depended on it and then something would come up and I would have to or chose to stop. I don't know why I would stop, every time I started back I felt so much better, ate better and lived better. This is no joke, When I would start going again and eating right, I would actually look for forward to the gym more than I would look forward to having sex with my beautiful wife LOL.

Anyway, back to my question, I just turned 34 and i am not happy with how I look, not even a little. I want to start making lifting a larger more permanent staple in my life, and I know if I invest my money into this I will make damn sure it happens.

I ready all the sticky article that I could and I am glad I did because I was so backwards on my thinking when it came to steroids that I am a little ashamed of myself.

34 yrs old
231 lbs
18-23% body fat (best guess)

I would like to lose a sizable amount of body fat so I have decided to do a cut my first time. Is this the right order, cut then bulk for size and definition.

My diet will consist of venison, pork loin, brown rice, wheat pasta, egg whites, almonds, tilapia and lots of water. All the meat is open flamed grilled.

Of course you all know that this is what the sticky recommends for a first cycle so this is what I will be going with.

Weeks 1-8:
500mg Sustanon250/week
400mg Equipoise/week
Weeks 1-4:
30mg Dianabol/day

Is this all that I would need? I mean this is it, this is the complete first cycle list?

And clomid is all I will need for the PCT? If I cant get my hands on clomid, is there any other easier obtainable PCT for this cycle?

This is my first post so I tried to take everything I learned in the stickys and apply that to this post so please take t easy on me if I am sounding liek one of the guys everyone hates because of their cookie cutter questions?

I really tried to learn before I posted.

So i was just looking up some other info while I was waiting for you guys to repsond and I found this bundle for first time cycle;

Week 1-12 Testosterone Enanthate 500mg
Clomid Starting 3 weeks after last injection at 100mg per day for 10 days
50 mg day 11-30 Nolva starting 3 weeks after last injection
20mg day 1-15 Nolva also used in case of gynecomastia symptoms during cycle.

Is this a good complete package for first time users?

I am reading thru the 3j nutrition articles again right now to decide on which package I want to go with. As far as the cycle bundle, is that what you were talking about earlier?

And is 34 an okay age to start using this stuff?
 
Not complete. A first cycle should include Testosterone, an Aromatase Inhibitor and PCT. It should also include pre, mid and post cycle blood work. I believe it is good to use Raloxifene as well during a first cycle as an insurance policy against gynecomastia.

However, you should lower your body fat percentage prior to running a cycle. You are going to have really bad negative side effects. You don't appear ready to cycle yet. Get down to at least 15%. You also need a better training history where you have Ben in the gym consistently. Steroids are no Scrubbing Bubbles -- they don't do the work for you. And without a solid base, you very likely will injure a tendon or ligament as they don't grow as fas as muscle does while on cycle.

Raloxifene is a SERM. Keep reading and this stuff will start making sense. In the meantime work on being consistent in the gym.
 
Okay Teutonic,

I will get pics up this evening. It is not a very pretty sight at all. I mean I am not spilling out of my clothes or anything, but I am definitely not in as good of shape as I was a few back. I used to work construction and then decided to open my own video game store and it did very well but it took up 2x as many hours as working outside but no physical labor.

Thanks again for everyone help. I wil continue to read so as not to waste anyone's time with stupid questions.

I was reading an article from about 4 years ago here and the guy said he was 38 yrs old and 31% bf. A poster commented that this amount of body fat will cause estrogen problems? I guess myself to be about 24%. What do i need to get my % down to safely start with this test e?
 
yea i agree with the above.. you should get your bodyfat in check before running this cycle.. email me so we can get you set on the right diet and training routine.. gear is secondary!
