I have been lifting off and on for the last 3 years. Nothing to horribly consistent. I have would go for 4 to 5 months like my life depended on it and then something would come up and I would have to or chose to stop. I don't know why I would stop, every time I started back I felt so much better, ate better and lived better. This is no joke, When I would start going again and eating right, I would actually look for forward to the gym more than I would look forward to having sex with my beautiful wife LOL.
Anyway, back to my question, I just turned 34 and i am not happy with how I look, not even a little. I want to start making lifting a larger more permanent staple in my life, and I know if I invest my money into this I will make damn sure it happens.
I ready all the sticky article that I could and I am glad I did because I was so backwards on my thinking when it came to steroids that I am a little ashamed of myself.

231 lbs
18-23% body fat (best guess)
I would like to lose a sizable amount of body fat so I have decided to do a cut my first time. Is this the right order, cut then bulk for size and definition.
My diet will consist of venison, pork loin, brown rice, wheat pasta, egg whites, almonds, tilapia and lots of water. All the meat is open flamed grilled.
Of course you all know that this is what the sticky recommends for a first cycle so this is what I will be going with.
Weeks 1-8:
500mg Sustanon250/week
400mg Equipoise/week
Weeks 1-4:
30mg Dianabol/day
Is this all that I would need? I mean this is it, this is the complete first cycle list?
And clomid is all I will need for the PCT? If I cant get my hands on clomid, is there any other easier obtainable PCT for this cycle?
This is my first post so I tried to take everything I learned in the stickys and apply that to this post so please take t easy on me if I am sounding liek one of the guys everyone hates because of their cookie cutter questions?
