I read anadrol 50 provides good gains and bulk. I'm not looking to get bigger all over, just the muscles I work on to get larger. I don't want my waist size to increase. so can someone give me the straight scoop. I've been going to the gym clean for 4 years now and have little to no gain. so Is this the correct option?

So you've been training for 4 years and have made zero gains? You need to look at your diet, not gear.

In all seriousness, if your diet and training routine are not in good order , then you can't expect a pill or syringe to "make it all better" . Sure you'll make gains while taking the drugs, but they will quickly disappear once you've finished your cycle. Instead of wasting your money on a 'quick fix' , spend it wisely ! Hire a personal trainer or go to a training seminar....I have a feeling that your doing a routine that someone else (a buddy) showed you. Remember, what works for some doesn't work for everyone. Also, do some research on nutrition and come up with a diet plan that's PRACTICAL yet useful . After 5 years , reassess and then come back and ask about drugs.

Thank you all
