Ive tried looking this up on the net and havent found any good answers yet. But Ive heard a few people say that you shouldnt eat too many, coz of the pottasium and other stuff. I eat 2 a day as they are convenient, nutritious, good for bulking and easy to carry around.
Anyone with more info????
PS Im an ectomorph so its not the fat im worried about, its the health issues.
