Im trying to burn fat right now and im off cycle. I just got some BCAA's and ws wondering if taking them first thing in themorning like 7 a.m. with my coffe / ephedrine and then doing my cardio would be best, thanx again?

I got kinda some cheap Amins spur of the moment buy i quess at wal-marti doughbt it matters but it says recommened dose 6 a day. Their from cmpany called Body Fortress. Now it says to take them on an empty stomach but after cardio i like to have a gatorade protein mix shake. Is taking them with that ok?

From my research on PWO shakes I would ahve the Aminos and then 30-40 min later have a shake with carbs... I have heard you need to generally take them on an empty stomach, i forget the reasoning, but the dose should be AT LEAST 20grams any less most have not seen anything from them. the recommended dose however is .44g per 1kg body weight

Thanx for the feedback skarhead im a little confused on the 20 grams im guessing on the bottle it says 10 calories per 3 tablets the shit is called super amino 3000. Ive never really messed with aminos or any other supp's for that matter just thought i would while im ff cycle. Just noticed your lcation and i need to change mine i moved from key marathon, Fl back here to good old steel town, the burgh, PA. oh well at least i dont sweat t death. do you live in the city?

I live in the burbs 4 cals = 1 g of protein so sounds like 3 tabs is almost 3 grams.. Go get some amino powder!

Ditto! Skar has already laid out some good advice so my .02 cents is, yes, get some pure BCAA powder. The amino tabs are fine for your basic amino supps but not for BCAA supplementatoin. Powder is best and I usually take 10gm's AM with whey shake, 5-10gms pre-workout and 5-10gms post. I've noticed nice results.
Body Fortress makes a pretty solid product and the price is always right. I've used thier Whey and preworkout drinks (super nos blast) in the past and was pleasently surprised.

So are the tablets worthless as far as results are concerned?

No, I woudn't say the tabs are worthless.. they just don't seem as effective im my opinion as the BCAA powder. I would say capsules/tabs are fine for the other Amino's (Amino complete) supplementation. Your BCAA's are Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine.
Yes, I take my Amino complete caps and BCAA powder (with Whey shake) on ALL DAYS including off days.
Yes, I believe that amino supps are essential. If you are bulking and eating tons of protein, they are probably not needed as much but for cutting or maintining, definetly!
