Fvck all this do it like this or do it like that. Get your levels this way and that way....too much spiking levels up and down... Now I say this flamboyantly only to say you will not die or get hurt. If you pin 500 mgs and any other long ester it can be done once a week. If you pin Monday and Tuesday and then Wednesday right in a row and the end total mgs is basic 500 or 750. Then for the week you're G2G. No problem,.
For Gods sake man /guys.. Old school we would do a week's dose in a week / per week With the long esters all of them on one day. If it is
many compounds then once a week. NOT Mon / Thurs... Just Monday for example Short esters as appropriate but we in fact didn't run many short esters. I didn't for many years.
Now it's better for all the safer and healthier way is what we try to instill and advise. BUT...we had many a great BB's that did their weekly dose of whatever, in the long esters ONCE a week. we found that keeping or levels at a more steady level we would utilize the steroid more efficiently and the consistently allows more continuous synergism to build muscle.
So the Simple fact to the answer it is OK... well no harm will come of it but as said we don't advise that anymore. Let me edit and say as example 250 mg Monday and 250 mgs Tuesday and 250 mgs on Wed still is 750 mgs that week in three days. Nothing bad will happen. But your levels..
All said and done bro you should not mess with gear due to your young age, and your not done growing, and you would gain a whole lot more muscle if you just stuck to a good diet and training regime, but i guess that all water over the bridge now.
