Is it possible PCT without SERMs?

if you are concerned i would go 12.5 on clomid and 10 on nolva

Awful advice!

Why would you risk recovery, waiting on eye problems that will never happen?

The OP is clearly getting SERMS mixed up with SARMS - some of which DO cause eye issues.

Like i said, i use both clomid and nolvadex but if i see eye problem i will cut clomid first. I think thats right.

Clomid 50/25/25/25
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20

I think thats fine man.

You're not going to have eye problems using Clomid for 4 weeks doggie! Many people that associate problems with their eyes and Clomid use are doing it as long term therapy. Many will use Clomid in place of TRT when trying for children along with HCG too :D

100/50/50/50

40/40/20/20

No questions.

If you re concerned with occular toxicity simply take an anti oxidant. It has been shown that any possible occular toxicity serms can cause can be offset by simple intake of anti-oxidants. Also given our dosage and duration eyesight issues usually are not of concern.

I'll be taking NAC. Is it enough?

Is it possible to understand with blood work that PCT works? Maybe I should do 3 weeks PCT. Can I understand that with blood work?

You can understand if PCT worked AFTER you've completed it, not really before. You can get some indication by taking blood halfway through but IMO it's pointless.
Do your full four weeks of PCT (and stop being afraid of PCT!! It's the healthiest thing you can possibly do right now,) then wait six weeks after your last dose THEN draw blood.

Like Jimi said, take your NAC and don't stress about a damn thing. The only risk to your health that you should even be concerned with here is not recovering - which a proper PCT will most likely prevent.
