Is it possible to lose 1% of bf/week

What diet exactly you follow? According to me its not possible to cut down weight so fat it need time.Please tell me your daily workout plan.

the diet that i posted man, I did alot more cardio for the first 4-5 weeks because i had to cut down the weight. I did 4 sets of 8, and the switched it up towards the end of 2 heavy weights so rep of 6 and then 2 sets of 8 reps, i worked out each body part 1x/week, however i did chest and shoulders 2x/week
 
Hey zues, good progress mate thinking bout trying clen myself. Not sure when I'd want to do it. Debating either during post cycle therapy (pct) of my cycle right now, or a few weeks after post cycle therapy (pct).

I was thinking of a small dosage since im a little guy, and only have around 20lbs all together in my body of fat. Since it is catabolic, running it during cycle would seem to be the way to go.

yea def u can add it, def make sure your diet is clean. I didn't have a cheat meal till week 8.. haha. I look back and im like wtf. its hard to keep clean on my cycle, and i wanna always have a cheat meal a week
 
thing im just worried about is gaining fat on my bulk cycle right now. First week in and already feel bloated. My diet is defiantly clean, think im in the surplus of 300-500 at the moment. Defiantly no cheat meals, all clean foods.
