Is my diet good or crap (expirenced dieters ONLY)

with the help of youngblood43 he told me a plan to get big which is good 2 n a hlf weeks in and seeing small changes but ive added a little bit more to it and my totals are

I didnt add the fats up but those little guys are really low. is my diet good :dance2: or did i crap it up :l

No one can tell you if your diet is good or bad if all your posting is #'s.. All calories are not equal, so post your stats, diet & macros breakdown & goals..

srry bout that. im 22 yrs old 6'2 196(currently) my diet will be BREAKFAST-2 cup oats 8 egg whites and a pb and banana sanwich on wheat mmmmm lol with 4 scoops pb. 5 other meals will be 8oz chicken breast or beef 1 cup rice 1 cup veggie. before bed i will eat 1 cup greek yogurt:C and one serving of casein and 2spoons extra virgin olive oil. i workout 3 days a week and on those days i will drink half a serving of casein 3 hours after my last meat rice veggie meal because i will be at work and that and a banana will b my pre workout meal and after the gym i'll drink a 40gram protein shot with 25 gram carb post workout shake.

as for goals i want to get up to 240 lbs wit some ab definition i figured i would just see how big this got me then pick at my diet and cut down if i had too much fat. its my 1st time doing a serious diet like this . aw yea and my cals will be 4500 with extra virgin olive oil

Ill just tell you here, a good basic diet you can add more protein/carbs/fats
Meal 1 1cup of white rice, 1 cup of ground turkey mix in with 2 whole eggs, a glass of fat free milk mix in 2 TBS of olive/Mac oil which ever one u got
Meal 2 6-10 oz of chicken with a big yam
Meal 3 cup of rice, 8oz lean ground beef with shredded onions
Meal 4 same as meal 2, 1 glass of milk with olive/Mac oil
Meal 5 6-10 of chicken mix with a bowl a salad, 1 hand full of chashews, make sure it has monounstarated fat in it

That's just a good basic diet you can teak it to your liking like adding cottage cheese, yogurt etc and even add more meals, remember the more weight you gain the more protein/carbs/fats you need to add
 
Should post all ur meals so we can take a closer look. Its hard to give u advice with just the macros. Like somebody ekse said jot all calories are the same, that is very true.

im going to add some of the things u suggested but one problem with that is im lactose int. n believe me i miss milk.n the only reason i can do the greek yogurt and a whole serving of casein b4 bed is cause no1 has to smell my late night dumpster farts lol

I'd bump those post workout carbs up to 100. And add more fat to ur diet
ok i'll just not get the carb shake i see thats not gonna cut it at 25g's a serving. what do u suggest after the gym n i'll be 30 mins away from home i dont knw if times a factor post workout when it comes to carbs. ill have my 40 g protein shot though. and other than olive oil what are some examples of healthy fats to add to my meals
