Fish oil and plant sterols can help lower cholesterol as can poly and mono unsaturated fats and foods high in fiber. The names of the foods you eat are irrelevant. What matters most is calculating your TDEE and macros and sticking to them as well as getting your macros and micros from a wide assortment of whole and minimally processed foods. Adding a snickers bar here and there won't kill your diet but don't compose the entire diet of snickers bars and protein shakes as this makes it difficult to stay within macros and severely limits your micronutrient intake. Having said that I don't know your TDEE but the macros themselves look fine so long as the total energy intake suits your needs. Your dietary fat is right along the minimum so if you want you can bump it up a bit by reducing carbs or protein. If you're in cycle I'd keep the protein high to make use of optimized calorie partitioning and increased protein synthesis. Otherwise it doesn't look too bad.

Tdee is 2936, i go to gym 4 days a week lift big and also have a physical job, and the snicker bar thing ive just given up on chocolate and crisps lool, i always have a packet of crisps and chocolate and always think after am going to do a dirty bulk loool not good, thanks for your advice and plant sterols do you edcysterone? If ive spelt it right? And i was thinking about getting some odourless garlic pills and omega 3,6,9 oil or pills? And i just want to look good on the inside aswell as out losing my 6 pack too haha

I haven't tried plant sterols or edcysterone since my cholesterol levels have been very good tomdate but my dad has high cholesterol and used to take Lipitor I think. He's since discontinued it using plant sterols and fish oil pills along with some other changes to his diet. I just read 2 studies a few weeks ago about the lack of efficacy of garlic on cholesterol. I'd save your money with those garlic pills unless you're using them for something else in which case adding fresh garlic to your diet in your cooking or salads can probably benefit you just as much. You're at a ~14% caloric surplus so you're right at the sweet spot. Not too high a surplus to gain lots of fat but not too low either that it'll take you a while just to gain some weight. Run you're surplus diet for around 2wks and keep track of your weight, physical appearance and body measurements. Adjust calories and macros if needed since TDEE is just a guess. It's not 100% accurate for everyone.
