Is my Test E bunk?

Took my shot today and there were bubbles in the syringe and bottle and for the 1st time after removing the injection there was a drop of blood and some of the Test came out as well. Is this a sign of bullshit gear? Has this happened to anyone else or is it just possibly the way I injected it (more of on an angle this time, didn't realize it til it was too late).

blood and test coming out isnt unusaul even with prescription test . neither is bubbles in the syringe if you draw back to fast or let some air in the needle because its in the vial too deep .
