is one cycle worth it...

im 32, i weigh about 165 (small gut starting but im a skinny guy-athletic build) and i want to be about 180 pure muscle. doesnt seem like too much to ask.
my cycle would be
week 1-10 (2x250 test cypionate)
week 1-10 (2x250 equibol) aka-boldenone udecylenate
week 13-15 p.c.t. (nolvadex)

my question is this, will i keep on enough of the gains after only the one cycle for it to be worth it? ive been off and on working out for years. more off if anything. after about 3 months of solid trainning i want to start that cycle and fly into another level and then maintain that level instead of taking 2 years to get there. does that make sense?

You really small and don't know how to eat or train to Grow. Your not in the right condition to take advantage of the benefits of Steroids. Go over to the Diet forum. You can put on 20 -30 pounds of muscle just by learning what and when to eat. You won't gain if you don't learn how to eat even with steroids.

Welcome to the community.

Hey bro a few months of training is not enough time to think about gear! It takes dedication and will become a way of life! If you don't have the dedication to put in the time to get your diet and training on point for a couple of years you will not dedicated after you hit the gear and it will not benefit you. I think with the right calorie intake and training you could put the size on you want without. The gear. Then hit the gear and blowup. Good luck!

thanks guys i understand what youre saying infact i was in here a few years ago asking the same things and thats why i havent done them yet. im ready to buckle down and i just lost my job so i will be very strict with my diet and workouts. its nbot like ive never been involved with working out and learning. like i said im 32 years old and all i used to do was learn about roids and even before that i was studying everything you could ever ask about workouts and diets. youre absolutely right im not ready to start using and i understand exactly why.....HOWEVER thats why im asking what you think can come out of the cycle ive chosen if i only did the one cycle. (lets imagine i train and eat properly while using) i understand how its supposed to work, when youre supposed to be ready and what youre supposed to do..... i guess im asking what happens if its a little rushed. i know that cycle ive chosen is going to work weather im ready or not. its not going to do nothing. and if im not looking to be a huge body builder and all i want is gain about 15 lbs muscle (saving about 2 years in a gym) wouldnt it serve my purpose?

thats the point of my question.,..worth it to only do one. ?

for you? no, sure no!

as DPR said, the diet forum is the main forum to you. ( to me to) AAS are just an help.

food is the life!

Let's look at it this way, I'm 19 and bigger than you naturally. That goes to show that if you just get your diet in check and put the time/effort in it you can do it bro

you can say just 1 all you want........the bottomline is once you do one........you will do another..........and another

if you know what your doing and your gonna do it right go ahead and run some test..........heres the deal though most people, like you, will do this one cycle get bigger become happy and then slack on your diet and training again and go right back where you started........is it possible im wrong? yes but unlikely

If you prove me wrong-great.......its just so much easier while on the sauce.......that you should be dedicated enough to do it without it for a while or you wont like doing it without it after you cycle...........i guess you can say it will spoil you.

If you want to look at it from a "technical" standpoint, no, its not worth it to do just one. Here would be my reasoning.

95% if not more of the guys that have been in the game for a LONG time will give you a few prerequisites for taking gear. One of which will be something along the lines of "Have you trained long enough to become naturally as big as possible?" I.E. Reached your natural limits. Not until then are you ready for gear.

That being said it seams like the consensus is once you have reached your natural peak, the gains from whatever gear you do take will not be attainable for too long without taking another cycle. Again, another example. You are 300lbs and you can not naturally get any bigger. you do a cycle and gain 40lbs. So your now at 340. Odds are if you do not take another cycle a year or so down the road you will be back down to around 300lbs. Because naturally that's all the muscle your body can facilitate with out outside substances.

This all being said, if you do what you are supposed to and wait till you have reached your natural peak, in my mind, it is not worth it to just run one cycle. what would be the point?

Now noticed I said "technically" in the first sentence. I say that because more times then not people take gear before they are at there natural peak. If you learn to eat right and train hard, taking gear will just get you to your natural limit that much faster and if all goes well and you know your shit, you should be able to keep most if not all of your muscle you gained on your first and only cycle because you are not at your NATURAL peak.

It's not to much to ask and you might even surpass your goal but you will probably lose it all and get depressed afterwards. Email the the nutrition guy on here he will help you.

thats great bro, but I was 120 pounds wet at ur age, and when I was 24 I got up to 145 and was eatting close to 5000cals, if I missed a meal I would lose 3lbs. So not everyone is as gifted as you brother! lol

Gifted? Try carb sensitive as a *****....not fun would much rather eat a ton and put on weight that way...at least I wouldn't have to keep cutting...

You're cool, it's obvious that I'm telling him he needs to lay off the gear because he truely isn't ready for it. What he needs to do is eat, don't get the wrong idea I'm not being cocky or arrogant it's just annoying when everyone self proclaims themselves a "hard gainer" and goes straight to gear.

True man, I can't to do any cardio, cause I hate to see that scale go backwards! I guess the grass is always greener on the other side! lol
