Is rotating injection sites important with #29 slin pins?

So I use 29 gauge 1/2 inch slin needles for my test e injections. I inject into my side delts and they haven't been a problem thus far. I know a thicker gauge is recommended and a longer needle is also recommended, but these seem to work fine for me and to be honest I've just been to lazy to order something else. These can be purchased at wal mart for ~$12 for 100 and they don't hurt at all and I suspect do not leave any risk of scar tissue. I am very lean, around 7-8% bf so I am sure I am hitting muscle no problem.

My question is, if I use 2 syringes per 250mg injection, because they are only 1/2 ml. If I do one in each shoulder, can I do this twice a week for my entire cycle? Is rotating injection spots simply because of the physical damage from the needles meaning I don't have to worry because of the gauge? Or is it bad for my muscle to have test/alcohol (or whatever else they use to dilute the test vials) absorbing into it for 10 weeks straight?

Thanks bros!

i also only use slin pins and i think the only reason to rotate sites is because of soreness and to let the injection site recover. For a while I was only injecting in delts 4x a week, i had split up my test shots to 3x a week and 1 b12 shot and was only doing delts. however, after a while on my right delt i started to get really sore i'm not sure it may have been because i didn't massage it afterwards. anyway i had decided to start rotating the sites, so now i use slin pins on quads and triceps also. triceps are my new fav. spot next to delts, i don't feel anything at all (after the first couple times), but I still get pip sometimes on my quads so i only do vit. d there now and don't have any issues.

Thanks bro. I wonder if just switching between right and left delt would be enough. Would still hit each one once a week (since doing 2x injections per week). Think I'll give triceps a try though, my triceps are pretty pronounced so that might actually be a good one for me to use.

yeah each spot once a week is definitely ok but, i thought you were doing each spot 2 times a week since you said 2 pins because they're 1/2 ml each. anyway, maybe just get 1 cc/ml pins, they should be just as cheap.

does it not take forever to draw that gear into a pin? If it injects and you show results then go for it...pubmed has trials that show you get highest serum levels from glute injection...but as long as you are hitting muscle...no matter what..rotating sites is important.

I've been doing 1/2 ml in the left and 1/2 in the right, but switched over this week to doing 2X1/2 ml in one and alternating. I mean I guess it takes a little to draw.... maybe 20-30 seconds? injecting takes maybe 10 seconds or less. I heat up the oil first of course.

I think I'll start alternating both triceps and deltoids as suggested above. I don't know what pubmed is I>U, Does anyone else think glutes would give higher serum levels? I mean does that mean a higher peak? In the end are you getting the same amount of test just spread out more evenly if you do it somewhere else?

Ok then one more question, is it a big deal that I inject with the same syringe/needle I draw with? I wipe the vial rubber top with alcohol and wipe my delt with alcohol before injecting of course.

i wouldnt i know a lot of ppl who do.

Pubmed is an online database that has medical journals/articles that have been published. Ya higher peak blood concentration doing serial measurements after injection.

people do say injecting in glutes it absorbs the most or something than the other areas but, it's not a big deal. It's not like it would be anything noticeable, I get my bloods done regularly and by looking at where my test levels are I can tell that it's working just fine, and a lot of people rotate multiple sites, most people can't do just glutes especially when you get into bigger cycles, more compounds or short esters that require frequent pinning.

I also draw and inject with the same needle because I don't like backloading I feel like it increases the chance of bacteria getting in the syringe. I just wipe of the top of the vial with an alcohol pad really well. I've been doing this for about 5 months now and not had any issues at all.

a pocket of oil is a pocket of oil, it is only 0.5ml.... but i normally say 2 weeks per site rest, i suppose 1 week rest per site may be ok if only -.5ml. but also you are not going deep in muscle so it may sit there longer if it is not in right spot.

you need to order 25-23g 1" 3ml needles. thats my input.

no he doesn't a lot of people use slin pins only. unless you were injecting more than a 1 ml at a time and don't need a bigger syringe i don't see any reason to do so. plus he will minimize scar tissue in the long run compared to use those size needles. i've been using slin pins for 5 months and am on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), have had no issues so i will never go back to those other needles. no reason to at all.

Anyone know where the cheapest place to order pins is? I get 100 for $12 at wal mart no shipping lol. Hard to beat, but they only have 29 gauge 1/2 inch 1/2cc/ml. I don't mind 29 gauge. I kind of prefer a smaller gauge, but I would like to find 1ml and 5/8-1inch long

RUI has them
Syringe with needle: Insulin 1cc 29G X 0.5" 10/Pack - Syringes Needles Filters - Accessories

I guess it's not going to be as cheap as walmart but, it's not bad. Plus they are doing that rollercoaster sale this month and then you can use the twitter promo code for another 15% off, and then if you've ordered from them before you can add on the loyalty discount.

Here is what i would get. 28g 5/8" 1cc slin pins. Its the best of both worlds, little bit bigger gauge, 1/8" longer and holds 1cc. I am using 25g 1 and 1.5" needles and am thinking of switching to the 28g 5/8" 1cc slin pins next time.
