incl benchpress 2x8-10
cable cross 2x8-10

underarm exercise 5x15

decline cruch 5x5
hanging reverse crunches 2x8-10

day 3:
back/shoulders
pull up 5x5
bent over row 2x8-10
small cable row 2x8-10

barbell press 5x5
sid lat's 2x8-10
shrugs 2x8-10

day 5:
tri/bi
dips 5x5
skull crusher 2x8-10
rope pressdowns 2x8-10

barbell curl 5x5
incline dumbel curl 2x8-10
preacher curl 2x8-10

day 6:
legs
squat 5x5
leg press 2x8-10
legg ext 2x8-10
stiff deadlift 5x5
legg curl 2x8-10
calve exercise 5x15


I was wondering if this is a good routine??
I am not sure about:
underarm exercise 5x15

decline cruch 5x5
hanging reverse crunches 2x8-10

and:
calve exercise 5x15
 
imo i would do back and biceps together, with back getting most of the time and finishing off with a few sets for bi's, do this b/c when deadlifting u work your bi's. put tri's with chest since those 2 support each other in bench. throw shoulders in on chest day if you can, or make a new day for them.
