is this a good diet for a 6'3" 235lb 26yr old on test and tren

I thought that was a ridiculous amount of protein i had this diet written up for leaning out while on tren blast but it seems like a lot for someone of my size and stature. How much protein do i actually need for growth or retaining muscle i hav while trying to drop bodyfat?
 
I think 2 grams protein per lb of bodyweight is the very high range, that's well over that

whats with the .5, do you seriously weigh shit down to the .001 or something. I'm normally plus or minus like 25 with everything but fats

As long as you have 1 to 1.5 x lbs of body-weight in protein you should be fine.
 
That sounds better and more affordable money wise and on my liver having to deal with all that protein. Lol at the .5 i just wrote down what was calculated for diet and no i weigh most everything within .1oz. Where should my fats be? Will i have more energy from raising that if there good fats??
 
don't go below 50 g of fats, but you have to find what works best for you. Some people do better with high fats, some do better with carbs. I like it moderate at 60-75
 
I should be fine then cause my fats are at 70 with diet but have to try and recalculate fats after dropping protein
 
What fo u guys think about carnivore protein compared to syntha-6 isolate. Switched from syntha to carnivore 2 months ago just curious if anyone else is using these with good results??

Drop carbs raise fats , after lowering protein

But whoever gave u that diet is an idiot, u can't even hit those protein macros without hitting way over the fat macros
 
Lol yeah u should see the whole diet?? I immediately dropped how many eggs she wanted me to eat lol and a lot of shakes, that shit gets expensive when ur using 5 scoops a day!!!! Btw any input o. Protein brands i asked about??

And egg whites are just filler to keep ur stomach fool while dieting for a show they are a horrible source of protein..

And I knew the only way u could hit that protein macro without hitting 70g fat is with tons of powder

U need to hire 3j there's nothing more we need to discuss
 
Ok?? Sry to bother i was just trying ti get some helpful info from more experienced bb than myself sithout having to spend more money. I obviously made a bad choice with that trainer but i guess more money will have tobe spent. Thanks anyway for the info i did get and i used shakes only at work and pwo because my job wont allow me to eat all the time their dicks. Again sorry for asking questions but honestly u didnt have to reply i was asking fir anyones help.
