Is this a safe protocol?

I've been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for over a year. Started at 200mg once per week, then down to 150mg once weekly. After seven days elapsed time post injection my levels were coming in around 500ng/dl on 150mg shot once/wk. I believe that I hypermetabolize test as I could actually feel a signifant spike that lasted for about three days then faded to a more normal feeling and then kind of a crappy feeling by day 6-7. I always felt awesome on 200mg/wk but I would get severe anxiety that lasted for about 3-4 days and then feel good the rest of the week. My new protocol wil look like so: 100mg cyp shot every 4 days. I believe this will dramatically affect the anxiety spikes possibly due to E2 rising. Also I feel like it could help with acne. My question is does 100mg every 4 days sound safe in terms of longterm therapy? My main concerns would be prostate, liver, and cardiovascular complications. What do you all think? Input is greatly appreciated ! Thanks bros

It's hard to say it's safe unequivocally. It may be safe for the general hypogonadal population but it might not be safe with you because you are not supplying blood test values. I understand that some of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is based on how you feel but like you said, some people metabolize T differently. Blood tests will help evaluate where you are standing with this new protocol. In terms of subjective feelings, break up that 200 mg/wk shot into 40/50mg's every other day.
