Is this oil ok?

I hope it is ok to put a link to a vitamin store. If not, I meant no harm and tell me or just edit it.

If you are leery about using non pharma grade oil then buy some USP grade oil. You can find plenty of places in the sticky for supplies. If that gives you peace of mind go for it.

I just purchase it from the grocery store. USP oil is NOTHING more than gorcery oil that has been sterilized.

You will need to sterilize (filter) your brew anyways.

Thus, just get it from the grocery store. Sometimes I get stuff with added vitamin E. Its all good.

When you say oil from the store, like mazolla? Give an example. Is any oil ok? I found some nice grapeseed oil I was going to order, but if I can get a jug of whatever for a few bucks I am interested.

I wouldnt use mazolla (vegitable) oil.

Use one of the following: safflower, grapeseed, peanut, walnut, cottenseed

Grapeseed is an awesome antioxidant in its injected form.
Walnut is very thin, great oil to use for thick brews.
Peanut is ok, not a standout.
Safflower STINKS when heated.
Cottonseed has been linked to male infertility, id steer away only because there are great alternatives.
