so i just finished cycle and have gained a lil fat after i finish my pct i want to lose some of that fat.
my question is can i eat 500 calories under maintenance without cardio and lose fat only? trying to do this naturally so i get ready for my next bulking cycle or do you guys recommend doing a cutting cycle to avoid muscle loss?
