Is This Split Ideal

I've been training with this split for years. I have of course used a variety of different exercises but the days of the muscles being trained has remained the same.

Monday-back, shoulders
Tuesday- bis, tris,
wed- off
thur- chest
fri-legs
sat-off
sun-off

i was wondering if any vets have any opinions on this split....
