ok i said in my origional post the the 8 was just a guide, and that i lift till failure on my last two sets, whether that be reps or 9 reps..

regarding the deadlifts, where would you suggest fitting them in?thanks for feedback.
 
I always do deadlifts on back days which are usually tuesdays and then I work my legs on thursdays so legs get there rest also, just makes sense to me
