and so long as you continue to intake dairy your body should still produce the lactose enzyme.. though with age studies have shown a decrease in the bodies ability to produce the enzyme..
in other words, if it isn't fucking your stomach up enjoy it.. but if youre getting digestive issues and gas from it.. its likely youre intolerant.. and need to stay away from it

Stay away or get it straight from the cows udder like I do, I nor anyone in my family have stomach problems straight up. Its only when we drink that supermarket box or gallon milk that my bowels rebel.
