ISO Decent 4-5day routine

I've been combing the forums and I see a lot of routines. However, they are all 2days/week routines or 3days/week routines. I'd like to find myself in a 4-5day routine - seeing as I haven't been able to uncover one here yet, would someone kindly link me or give their $.2?

Also, by "high volume routine" it implied the routine is designed to build the most muscle?

I also saw "Wave Routines" but I didn't really see any explanation of what a "wave routine" is..

meh, the one ive been doing lately is

1. Chest/Tri
2. Legs (quad focus)
3. Back
4. off (60min cardio day)
5. Legs
6. Shoulders/Bi's
7. off
