isolating rhomboids ?

hey guys. i was wondering if any of u guys had some advice on isolating ur rhomboids. my problem is my traps r overdevoleped and so r my rear delts my rhomboids just dont seem to do anywork or very little i also struggle to hit my lats thanks to my over powering traps pain in the f***** ass .

Retract your shoulder blades back and together to use them.. so imagine a weight in your arms and do that motion without bend your arms? It's not complicated to hit them.
 
thanks bro, i had a chat with a personal trainer about it and yeah my traps r just overdevloped so its difficult. whenver i pull anything towards me(rows) or down (lat pull down for example) my traps just activate streight away . does any1 else have a mscle that takes over
