ist my SHOULDER or my TRI...!

pharon

...always bulking
my left shoulder and the upper part of my tri are hurtin too much while training bench and shoulders, i didnt train for 2 weeks (happens that i got flu in the same time..!) so i felt better but last night after bench workout, the pain is back again.....
im using NSAIDS gels to stop the pain but i know that shoulder injuries suck,
so wats the best thing to do now, just ignore it or use lighter weights or go see a doctor?

id say doctor or sports physiotherapist if it continues to pain. i think u should rest it and do light stretching excersises (no weight). but someone else would probly know better than me.

I feel like a broken record but see a RMT(registered massage therapist) that specializes in Trigger Point Therapy. A normal doctor will tell you that it's rotator cuff or tendonitis and you should stop training.

if it gets better the more you stay off of it then stay off of it and let it heal. if it doesn't get to 100% then I'd see an orthopedist

it got better wen i stopped training but im on a cycle now and already lost two weeks wen i got the flu, and i lost 6 lbs then...!
imagine how bad it feels to lose weight while on test..! :redhot:
so i just CANT stop training again,,, i think i'l try lighter weights and see

That's what I'm saying, don't see a "normal" doctor. Reread my post and take my advice if you want, I can't guarantee anything but what do you have to lose?

AngryMuscle: I think it's 215kg(473lbs) that was a PR attempt a few months back.

Pharon, you probably have a tear of your rotator cuff to some extent. Such tears typically present through upper tricep pain. I thought I had torn my tricep it hurt so bad. Nope. Tore one of my rotator cuff tendons all the way through.
