I have read a few posts of people saying one of the first few sides effects they get from test are itchy burning nipples . From what im understanding, is this not the sure starting sign of gyno ? I mean , from what i understand , if this begins to happen , someone should immediately hop onto letro protocol !? And if this isnt gyno ... then how can you tell the differnece ? Please can someone clarify so that i will know when im on cycle

Arimidex is good enough at first, don't need letro unless you get the puffiness and lump behind the nipple as far as I know.

But for your original question, I too would like to hear the answer

i recommend letro
Im trying to understand why people are saying that they have this side effect almost before all others kick in . Like within a week of starting cycle . Im trying to figure out if this is gyno , and if not , how then can you tell if its gyno or not . Is this a common side ?

The test might not be fully built up in your system after just a week, but it's still aromatizing, the increased estro causes the increased nip sensitivity/itchy/burny. An Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is sufficient at this point and letro isn't needed.

1st off quit playing with your nipples . dont poke , prod , pull , check or anything else to them . 99% of the gyno post on the internet is insternet hysteria. if you just started a moderate dose cycle then the chances of REAL gyno are tiny.

Cool thanks everyone , i still havent started my cyc yet , so im just trying to get myself as informed as possible about as much as i can

Most gyno is in people heads. Then they play with their nips till they are raw and swollen. I would not get on letro. If I am on test above 750 and getting bad I use .25 adex every other day or every 3rd day. Im not talking about a little sensation either I mean really feeling it.

i did get itchy nipples before i got gyno on my last cycle so it is probably Gyno coming....start using adex and you shouldnt have to worry about it. only use letro if it gets pretty big.
