My wife and me want to get pregnant but the doctor just told us we both really need to lose weight for babys sake...my wife shouldn't even consider getting preggo.

I have been weightlifting 5 days a week and then going on the machines after the weights. I've been consistent and that is why I have done so well.

I am so happy and yet somebody has to piss on my parade. I'm reporting you to a moderator.

i agree with him i have been watching your post and just all seem childish not trying to start shit but 5 pounds can be lost by eating right no workout at all man you must not be hitting the gym hard or somthing isnt right

5 Pounds isn't all that much. I've lost like 12 pounds in a week before. You just need to eat a bunch of fiber, hit the gym, run, and then hit the toilette a lot.
