Ok guys/gal.... My turn to get some help!!

So here's the deal. I can't figure out why i have trouble eating big meals?
I'm currently 5'11" 265lbs an a legit 12.5% bf. My diet basically sucks, and i would say that i easily maintain my current size, shape, and symmetry on less than 2000 calories a day. I do nothing but various forms of circuit training (low intensity), 30-45 min on the elliptical 3-4 times a week. In general, i'd have to say i'm very content with the current asthetic appearance of my body although i plan on pearing down to about 8% for the summer. What i dont quite understand is how i can maintain my size on basically shit calories? And why i absolutely cannot follow a diet of eating 5-6 small meals a day. I've tried it and get so bloated i feel miserable. Following is my average diet (embarassing) and the current gear im running.

Diet

morning
10oz. Light cran grape juice with 3 tbls of psyllium husk (21g fiber)
cup of coffee

snack

occassionally i'll toss in a banana or granola bar for a snack

lunch/dinner
2 chicken breasts (grilled) with bbq sauce and brown rice or veggie (green beans, wax beans, broc, cauli, etc)


9-10pm
giant bowl of apple jacks, froot loops, pops, or capn crunch
(1/2% milk)

about 3 days a week for lunch/dinner i substitute a large pizza. (little ceasers, papa ramanos, jets)

thats it for the diet! Everyday!

.625mg/e3d letrozole

i think the main question that i'm still left with, is that (one) how do i maintain my size with minimal effort and i really dont train hard or heavy and (two) why is it that my body/stomach just simply cannot injest larger amounts of food that would be expected by a guy my size???

we gotta overhaul that diet buddy... i dunno how your sustaining your weight with that diet.. or how your at 12 percent...

the amount of gear in your system might be suspect... i know your on hrt, but your gonna have to get specific of how your cruising and blasting
 
265 x 0.125 = 33.125.. 33lbs
265 - 33 = 232lbs
232 / 2.2 = 105.45kg lbm

370 + (21.6 x 105.45) = 2647.72 BMR... x 1.55 = 4103 TDEE

well.. that made things easier.. we have just about the same nutritional needs...

though i have one issue.. how did u get your bodyfat percentage checked??
 
your bmr is the caloric needs of your body just to maintain your weight without ANY activity.. (bmr = basal metabolic rate)... your tdee is what you burn through your day with activity (total daily energy expenditure)

the formula 370 + (21.6 x lbm in kg) is a formula.. a more accurate one since it removes bf.. that gives me your bmr and tdee ultimatly...

lets move forward..

whats your workout reg look like.. how about your cardio?? low intesnity? high intensity? hits?

Drop the tren to 75mg ed. Tren is famous for causing Digestion problems. It's because you have to drink so much water. You might even drop it to 50Mg.

Also add 1 oz of apple cider vinegar to every meal. At your Hight your way too heavy to be healthy you will feel much better are 240.

I think you'd be suprised that your diet is probably more than 2k calories. Most pizzas have 8 slices. I know at least the pizza I get it almost 300 cals a slice. 2400 cal right there.

You def. have a f'ed diet tho lol, Ill give you that.
 
It's your diet. Your diet is bad.

Also I have to wonder if you are eating too few calories. Your metabolism is "bored/sleeping" because it has nothing to "work on".

Car/empty tank analogy. The car won't move if the tank is empty.

Tren KILLED my appetite. I had to eat 2 Big Mac's 3x a week just to get in extra calories... I would seriously considering dropping the Tren by a good amount in order to spike that appetite again. Tren and I have a love hate relationship.
 
I'm pretty sure you guys are all right. I wish i had some really current pics. Not to be "showy", but so you all can see what i'm trying to get at. I know the pirate thinks im way to heavy and that i should be at 240, but when i had my stuff checked, my lbm was at 229. So if i was at 240, yeah i'd be shreadded, but i think i'd have to kill myself to get there?? Unless my diet is so fucked up, and like ms. Muscle said she thinks i need to eat more cause my metabolism is bored. I'm wondering if that is the reason that big meals dont agree well with me??? Cause my "disposal" just isnt used to running the way it should?
 
well since we dont know exactly what your eating at what portions ie i dont have macros.. i cant say where your metabolism exactly is.. your diet LOOKS likee its less. but the pizza by itself can be half your calories...
 
I've been swamped bro. Sorry. I'll work on getting you some more detailed info. Not trying to send you on a wild goose chase. Thanks for the time so far.
