Ok guys/gal.... My turn to get some help!!
So here's the deal. I can't figure out why i have trouble eating big meals?
I'm currently 5'11" 265lbs an a legit 12.5% bf. My diet basically sucks, and i would say that i easily maintain my current size, shape, and symmetry on less than 2000 calories a day. I do nothing but various forms of circuit training (low intensity), 30-45 min on the elliptical 3-4 times a week. In general, i'd have to say i'm very content with the current asthetic appearance of my body although i plan on pearing down to about 8% for the summer. What i dont quite understand is how i can maintain my size on basically shit calories? And why i absolutely cannot follow a diet of eating 5-6 small meals a day. I've tried it and get so bloated i feel miserable. Following is my average diet (embarassing) and the current gear im running.
Diet
morning
10oz. Light cran grape juice with 3 tbls of psyllium husk (21g fiber)
cup of coffee
snack
occassionally i'll toss in a banana or granola bar for a snack
lunch/dinner
2 chicken breasts (grilled) with bbq sauce and brown rice or veggie (green beans, wax beans, broc, cauli, etc)
9-10pm
giant bowl of apple jacks, froot loops, pops, or capn crunch
(1/2% milk)
about 3 days a week for lunch/dinner i substitute a large pizza. (little ceasers, papa ramanos, jets)
thats it for the diet! Everyday!

i think the main question that i'm still left with, is that (one) how do i maintain my size with minimal effort and i really dont train hard or heavy and (two) why is it that my body/stomach just simply cannot injest larger amounts of food that would be expected by a guy my size???
