Hey ive been refered to ur expertise i want to bulk up more after hiiting a bit of a plateau. I had a few muaythai bouts from 08-09 from then been on the weights and gone from 140lbs to 149lbs but cant seem to go no futher. got some test enth but been advised to seek help from u before i take the plunge.

5'7" 149lbs.
current diet good apart from weekend food binges.

currently 4 meals per day
break: porridge, fruit, protein shake
train.
protein shake.
lunch: pasta, tuna
mid afternoon: protein shake
dinner: fish/grilled meat, pots,veg
 
your diet is horrible.. there are females under my wing who eat more.. not to flame...

but no worries, your in the right place and we'll get you fixed up..
