Hi folks,
Due to TMJ ( had it 6 years) in my jaw on my left side right below my ear I have some liquid swelling from my jaw always being in pain and the muscle cracking. My other side is defined so to me it looks weird as I'm obsessed with looks;...no one else notices it though. But I was wondering if there are any exersises that would help get rid of this liquid? I work out a ton, eat well, cartio etc and it never gets rid of it. I even tried gum but that just makes my jaw hurt 50x worse.
I thought about getting braces that may fix my bite/jaw so the tmj will disappear but in the meantime I'm looking for exersises that would help define the left side if possible. I heard you can put a weight on a string with a mouthguard but would this be bad? YouTube - Jaw Exercise
anyway peace and thanks for helping!
