I just recieved Cutler's new dvd in the mail, "One Step Closer", and it is one hell of a dvd. 6 Hours of footage. Everything from training, to banking, to shopping, to cooking, you name it. Here is two meals he cooked:
Chicken Stir fry:
1/2 onion
8 oz chicken
Asparagus (he didn't measure here, I would assume 5 asparagus stalks)
1 cup brown rice
lite kikoman soy sauce
table salt and pepper
First Jay saute'ed the onion for a few minutes then threw in the chicken. After about 5 minutes or so he threw in the asparagus. Then he put the brown rice in the pan and dashed the soy sauce on it. After that he platted up and seasoned it, with salt and pepper, and chowed down.
The other meal was the Top Round stir fry:
Exactly the same as the chicken, expect he didn't throw in the brown rice. He just cooked it with the onions and asparagus. He eats the steak with steal cut oats.
