He came into the Golds where I work out at one time and was a nice guy. He was a lot bigger than I thought he was. His arms are huge(to me anyway) 20+ I would say. With the right genetics and very hard work and the right diet then yes it looked attainable.

If you have arnolds genetics, sure it's doable, otherwise. NO.

Naturally? Lol. Off course. I'm twice his damn size and I'm all natural. I have nothing against steroids don't get me wrong.

the personal trainer/manager of my former gym is hardcore christian now...swore off Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) years ago when he went ballistic and had some kind of epiphany...yeah..dieting for a show and freaked due to lack of carbs.......or too much coke or something....but he's trained natty for over 15 years...he's about the same size...bigger traps

so doable....

even if you do have to live at the gym like he does
