Yours truly is a new Maximus patient. Chip is going to have me start out with this protocol:

100mg test E5D
250IU's Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) day after test inject.
1mg Anastrozle day after test inject.

I'll probably get bloods in about 4-6 weeks to see how I'm doing. Looking forward to feeling better and joining a lot of you on this journey.

Any advice you guys have for me as I start my protocol?

Thanks all, anyone have any suggestions as to how make sure I inject all the test that's in the needle and syringe and make sure I don't leave any left over? Had my first injection tonight, it was nothing. Looking forward to the days to come!

Depress the plunger until it doesn't go anymore and/or inject where you can see the barrel of the syringe. Quad, shoulder, ass if you have a mirror.

Yea I did that, just didn't know if there would be any stuck in the needle, or if I needed to put air behind the oil to push all the oil out haha...just want to do things right

Wolfman010- after I draw the Test out w/ the 18G... I pull the plunger back to insure I get all of the test out of the 18G needle and into the syringe, then I switch to 23G pin-I don't want to waste...

Why IM? Sub Q works great for HCG.

When injecting I always draw with an 18g after I have drawn my dose, I pull the pin out of the vial and suck some air into the syringe to get everything out of the pin, I will then press all but TWO additional tick marks of air out so that I have a little air behind the oil so that it presses it all through the needle, doctors nurse showed me this in the office, and works for me. Don't worry about a little air in the muscle it's the air in your blood, and even that you need several cc's to be deadly in most cases

Isn't the idea to pin Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) the day your test is highest after your shot?

I tested at 134 a couple years ago but my most recent test was 405. Still low for a 23 year old I'd say. That's why I'm only doing 100mg E5D. Combined with the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and HCG and my natty test I'm producing already, what do you guys think my test levels will be with 100mg E5D?

i have heard a lot of different views on hcg,

if you pin it when tet is highest, it could cause test to go even higher, and this could lead to issues, but it all depends on what your levels need to be!

shots both days prior (dr. john)

shot the day after test shot, (chip)

hcg shot mid week or close to end of week to push test back up, while also pushing up e2, (internet somewhere,)

but for me chip told me to do it the day after test shot, and i did it this way like 3 times, and i had the worst headaches in the world! i also suffer from migraines,

so i started taking my hcg the day before, and bam, no headaches whatsoever! not sure what the issue was but i do know one side effect of hcg can be really bad headaches,

so just do what chip asks one to do, until u see it not working or causing any issues, adn see what can be changed or re arranged!

I tend to over analyze stuff to

bottom line is Chip has been doing this for a long time and has helped countless individuals with all sorts of issues.

Don't go too crazy with what you read on all the forums. It's just like diet or training there are a million ways to do it. Pick one and stick with it long enough to see results and make adjustments.

For me the tough part has been my estrogen levels. If you start feeling itchy or tingly nips be sure to let Chip know and he'll adjust your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose.

I try not to bug Chip too much but he's been nothing but happy to help me out when I've had a concern.

I think it goes with the territory - The type of person who goes online, does research and seeks out the best option is bound to be the type of person to over analyze and want everything to be perfect

One thing i have to remind myself is this is for the long term and it's not gonna be perfect in a matter of weeks.
