Hey guys, first want to thank all the guys on the board that have helped me over the past year or so with research and planning.

After about 2.5years of planning and trying to get my head around doing it, i pinned my left glute this morning. It went pretty smooth, the nerves kicked in but took some deep breaths and went to it. The only problem is i pinned with a 22g 1.5", need to get my hands on 23g or 25g to pin.

My cycle will look as follows:

1-12 weeks: Cyp 250mg Mon-thurs
week 15: post cycle therapy (pct) - Nolva 20/20/10/10/10 Clomid 50/50/50/50

I have arimidex on hand in case i feel need it.

I know u guys will ask me about HCG, but after a lot of research about the good things about it i still didn't take it. Talked to a lot of the vets/trainers in my gym and they've never steered me wrong.

I've been tinkering with my diet over the past 4 weeks, my trainers been helping me out a lot with it and am set with my final diet schedule.

I'm 25 6'3, weighed in at 233lbs today. Been working out for the last 6 years, played division 1 vball for a couple years. Had a 38" vert at 185lbs back then.

Workout schedule is as follows:
mon-back/cardio
tues-chest/cardio
wed-legs
thurs-arms
fri-off/cardio
sat-shoulders/traps
sun-off

I work a 9-5 and need fridays off for personal reasons.

Pretty pumped boys! Any help would be appreciated, i will post after my back workout tonight.
 
Nice man. I am just about to complete this cycle myself, gains have been great.

Stick to a 23g for your quads.

Ill follow along. Relax a bit with the cardio though. Im not saying dont do it just dont do anything to intense or else your gains will suffer.

Yea my cardio's low intensity for 30min max, nothing too crazy
 
Did back today at the gym, rocked a sweater with the hood up the entire time. Really focusing on my exercises, but it wouldn't be different if i wasn't on either.

Back went a lil something like this:

Warm up, body weight chins 3x10

Pendlay row - 3 warm up sets, 4 working sets x 6-12 (not really a true pendlay, but a 90 degree barbell row)
Medium grip Pulldowns - 4x8-12
smith hammer pulls - 3x10-12
close grip hammer pulls - 3x10-12
cable row - 3x10-12
cable pull overs - 2x12
hyperextensions 3x15

Went in and hit it hard, back was fried after this, especially trying to not look like a dumbass walking outta the gym with my spinal erectors on fire lol. All the exercises were done to failure and with full stretches and slow negatives, to really feel the muscle work.

My injection site is sore, but its a virgin muscle so it is expected. Might have to try doing quad shots cause its tough getting around to properly do a glute shot. How long should the pin be for a quad shot? 1"?

Did u mainly shoot into ur quad?
 
Chest day was pretty straight forward

Flat BB Bench: 3 warm up sets, 4 working sets 4-10 reps
incline smith: 3x6-12, 4th set was a drop set
dips: 3x10
incline db fly: 3x10-12
cable fly: 3x10-12

At the end did 20min of low intense cardio to keep the heart in check. Checked my weight and it was at 237. Which is up 4 lbs, but its cause of the diet.

Yeh man thats all i do.

How have the gains been with your high rep sets 10-12?

In my experience 6-8 reps is best for compounds and lift heavy! If you want to see what your made of your strength gains will go through the roof if you do this.
 
Hey sorry guys, been busy with work the last couple days and wasn't able to stay on top of the log. My 2nd pin was a couple days ago went very smoothly, still a lil sore from it today lol.

Workouts been pretty intense. For compound movements i max out the weight def but like str8 has said i will lower my reps and focus on strength a lil more. My isolations are all up at 10-12 reps but the weight is still very heavy.

Checked my weight this morning, it was 241lbs. Which is up 8lbs since the start of the cycle. I saw my trainer this morning too and could tell from my face that i was bloated. Everything feels great, my diet's been pretty spot on with exception of a couple times where i was with a client and couldn't stay on point with it.

First 6 weeks your weight will really shoot up. You will prob look fat/bloated due to the water. Dont worry though, about 6-8 weeks in you will notice the gains.

btw im assuming your diet is 100% in check. If you need help with it let me know.

3rd pin was this morning, went pretty smoothly. Got to the gym and did an intense back workout. Kept my initial compound movements very heavy while doing as many reps with proper form.

Weight was at 242lbs, which is up 9lbs going into my 2nd week. Finished off the workout with 20mins of low intense cardio. Tomorrow's chest day!
 
Chest day today, i knew walking into the gym it wasn't gonna be good. My workout partner wasn't there and i had to get a spot from this old dude that had no clue wtf he was doing. My first exercise was incline bb bench. Had a very good warm up and got up to 315 on my 2nd last and last sets.

My 2nd last set got it for 7, and kept it the same weight for my last set. Got a lift form the old dude and he totally fucked it up, pretty much threw the bar forward and it took a lot for me to bring it back. Thats where i made my mistake, should've just racked it and re-set, but instead i did the first rep then the 2nd i felt my right pec strain. I got it up and racked the weight, pissed outta my mind i took the weight off and did light fly's the rest of the workout.

Will give it a week to rest, and will ice it as well. Not a set back i wanted to have though, but after doing fly's had a great pump.
 
Pec feels pretty good, after a good nights sleep. Still can feel the strain though, will give it some time.

Had a great leg workout today, weights are def going up and the pumps are amazing!

I've the same doubt too, i think Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is indispensable for your balls, but if you have other informations...
 
Great shoulder/trap workout today. Thought i'd be staying pretty light because of the strained pec, but went relatively heavy. Felt good, massive pump in the delts and hit the traps hard. Next weigh in is on monday when i start week 3.
 
Yesterday was back day, and did rack deads the 2nd exercise into the workout. My spinal erectors were on fire the rest of the workout lol I'll keep it towards the end next time. Great workout, massive pump and my lats and rhomboid are starting to really build some thickness.

Start of week 3, pin went pretty smoothly and i weighed in at 247lbs. Which is up 14lbs since the start
 
My cardio is pretty much a cool down, not really exerting much energy. As for my exercises, i'm keeping compounds very heavy but keeping rep ranges in the 6-10 range where i will also go to a 4 rep max at the end of my set. All other exercises after my first heavy exercise are done at 8-12 reps with the heaviest weight i can possibly do with GOOD form

Weight wise i'm am bloated, u can see it in my face. But my veins are sticking out of my arms, especially in the bi's and shoulders. I have arimidex on hand, but i'm not gonna take it until i truly have to.
 
Pretty good leg workout today, massive pump in my lower back. Had to take longer between sets after squating to cool the back down.

A lot of my friends and family are noticing a difference now, so i'm moving in the right direction i guess. Now that the weather is getting hotter, i'm kicking myself for not doing this cycle in the winter lol
