been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for a little over 2 weeks, 120mg test., 0.5 arimdex EOD , hips hurts, shoulder hurts, knee hurts , just dawned on me my E2 is low , how long should i skip the arimadex at this point , when i started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) my E2 was at 30, so now its might be 10 or something , what else should i look for at this point ..thanks

how do you know your E2 is around 10? did you take blood?

did a doctor tell you to take 0.5 arimdex EOD?

forget the 10,...i was just guessing that it was low,.... also my nipples kinda had burning feeling, got blood work done yesterday should get results on tuesday, but isn't joint pain one of the sides of low E

Yes joint pain is a symptom of low E also nite sweats. Last year I was havin nite sweats bad had bloods done n E2 was 7.

Just wondering what your E2 came in at on blood test? I've been having the same issue and was wondering the outcome....

guess it was all in my head:dunno:

Well we know it was not in your head, you felt it. It is within the realm of possibility (since the estro level was mid 20s and not low) that something else, maybe in addition to estrogen was / is involved.

Was the estro to test ratio level off?

I'd try lowering the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and also supplement with a joint supplement and fish oil/krill oil (helped my joints a TON, I have a genetic weakness with some joints).

If your E2 was 29 before you got on the Aromatase inhibitor (AI), the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) will crash your estrogen most likely, causing joint pain. 29 is not that bad. Adex is very strong for me, but it also only lasts a day for me as my body hyper metabolizes it for some reason and 1mg and 1 day later my nipples itch. I highly doubt you even need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) unless you are getting persistent nipple itching at that dose.

This.. --/\--

Sorry I miss read the posts thought the OP was saying 29 after the AI...

I don't even need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), my e2 was like 24 after 5 months of 200mg a week. So some guys don't. If you do need it I doubt you need .5mg eod, try much less like like .12 eod. I'd come off altogether until you rebound and stop having joint pain
