bench is about 355lbs for 1rm but i haven't maxed in a while so it has prob. went up some, for squats I can DEEP squat 405lbs for 1rm(they're weaker then they should be because the 1st few yrs I lifted I hardly EVER workouted my legs) and as for military press I've never maxed on that(had a shoulder injury a few yrs ago so tend to baby my shoulders a bit because they still get agrivated if I stress them too much.
my earlier years of lifting i didnt do legs (but i dont count those years as lifitng)
that is why my squat #'s suck as well last time i did 225 for straight set of 20 reps.
My goal is to do 405 for like 2x3 that just has a nice ring to it
