Juced and Jimi Talk Juice....

So its been a few weeks on cycle so here is an update:

Cycle:
wk1-16 800mg ew test
wk1-16 150-200mg deca ew
AI: dex 0.5mg eod
PCT: NONE- back to hrt
*might toss in 4-6 week run of anavar at end of cycle at 50-80mg ed.*
*may be adding some hgh*
*Have added igf1 des for last 2 weeks with two more to go*

Update:
test is flowing and gains are starting to come, in the new year its time to kill it HARDCORE!
I added igf1 des i had layin around from RUI and it has me fuller , much more so now that the test is kicking in well with its effect.
will have about 2 more weeks of igf1 des at 20mcg 2X a day.
Then i may do a run of hgh 5iu ed 4-5on/2off for 4-6 months of possibly rips.
Pump is unreal the last week, I LOVE IT!. I did triceps workout and ended up not being able to move arms much for a couple days, even to put on shirt! i think i went a bit too hard, but a week later and im healed! time to blast biceps and chest!

picked up some NAC also from our sponsor here, will pop a cap a day and make it two once i start var.
I think Nac is a really great supp to have, I have always had it mixed with other stuff, but i like that RUI has it as a stand alone ingredient.
Jimi what are your thoughts on NAC? I know I'm not on orals but I feel its a good supp to be on regardless.

Nice cycle and sounds like you are in the zone brother! Keep it up and keep posted re progress all along the way!
As far as NAC those that know me (like you do) know im a supplement minimalist but NAC is one of the few worthwhile year round supps. Its a glutathione precursor. Glutathione is one of the most powerful antioxidants found in our body. I think Nac should be taken year round at 600mg/day and when on cycle at 1200mg/day. Besides the general antioxidant benefits its positive effects on liver and kidney health and function are astounding imo. Id take it on as a reg part of your regimen if i were you. I have. Thanks for posting and getting the thread rolling again.

Hey know what I wanted to add? Perhaps sometime you can share some on your diet. I know you are "unconventional" in a way to most (ill allow you to elaborate) but i think it would be great for you to let people in on just how you eat bro....

but heads up to members that might not know, I am a non-meat eater for over 8 years. ;-)
 
How do I eat?
Peopel can knock protein drinks all they ant, they are infact FOOD! if you get a turky dinner , blend it up and dry it.. is it not still food?

Anyway i take in about 200g ed of protein from them and another 60-100g from food and it works well for me.

I make a custom blend of protein that has: 20-40%whey, 40-70% rice protein , 5% soya, 5-10% potato protein. something along these lines.
I also use hemp protein in my smoothies but think its too gritty for normal in water use.

here is an example of a smoothy, ill add some dished soon too for those interested:

1 banana
30g oatmeal
75g protein
2-3tbs organic black strap molasis
2-3tbs almond butter or coconut oil and/or 2-3 shots of olive oil
1tbs chia seeds
2tbs hemp and flax seed mix
1 handfull frozen berries

fill with water and blend..
ill usually add 2ish grams creatine and 2g taurine tot he smoothy also.

This is for 2 servings. you don't need to be a veggie to enjoy this one! ":-P

Looks damn good Juced! I understand everything but tell me what the chia seed provide? Are they a source of healthy fats like flax or what?
 
Hey guys, Is your nuts size a good guide to how well you are recovering after cycle, I finshed my first cycle 15 days ago and my nut size is nearly fully back to normal and i havent started clomid/nolva.

Not necessarily no. Blood work is the only good guide for recovery.
