How do I eat?
Peopel can knock protein drinks all they ant, they are infact FOOD! if you get a turky dinner , blend it up and dry it.. is it not still food?
Anyway i take in about 200g ed of protein from them and another 60-100g from food and it works well for me.
I make a custom blend of protein that has: 20-40%whey, 40-70% rice protein , 5% soya, 5-10% potato protein. something along these lines.
I also use hemp protein in my smoothies but think its too gritty for normal in water use.
here is an example of a smoothy, ill add some dished soon too for those interested:
1 banana
30g oatmeal
75g protein
2-3tbs organic black strap molasis
2-3tbs almond butter or coconut oil and/or 2-3 shots of olive oil
1tbs chia seeds
2tbs hemp and flax seed mix
1 handfull frozen berries
fill with water and blend..
ill usually add 2ish grams creatine and 2g taurine tot he smoothy also.
This is for 2 servings. you don't need to be a veggie to enjoy this one! "
