Judge my Pictures and then Recommend a Cycle, Answer some questions! ( Pics included)

Age- 23
Weight - 155-160
Height- 5'7
Experience- 1 year of serious gym training. 2-3 years of leisure weight training.
Cycle Experience- No cycle experience. I know a lot about pro hormones, so much so that I decided NOT to do a cycle of them. With that said, I am continuously doing my research and educating myself.

Gym Stats

Bench - 190 x 2
Squat - 280 x 3

Will edit with some body stats when I measure.
pretty sure my biceps are roughly 14.5-15.5
pretty sure my waist is rough 30.

GOAL- Ideally I would like to be 175-180.

My main questions/concerns. ( I am looking to run a Test base or even a test solo cycle) (Thinking 500mg Test weekly x 12 weeks)
1. Test Is test Is test....right? Then why is test Prop a little but more expensive through both of my sources?
2. I have been waiting to use gear until the time is right...I feel It is right now. I feel for my size and frame, I have almost reach my "natural potential". Thoughts?
3. Diet is on point. Not a concern.
4. What do you think my Bf % is? The picture quality is terrible.
5. Does my size/frame/ low bf make me a candidate for some different gear?
6. Lastly, my buddy has 30 (25mg) H-drol Capsules. Would these benefit me at all even at that low of a dose through a Test cycle?

If youre gonna do test, do a test only cycle. 500mg weekly, 2 pins a week. Get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for during and get a post cycle therapy (pct) in line as well. How id your diet? Are ou eating at maintenance or eating alot?
 
If you decide to do a cycle, i would suggest test only for 12 weeks. Eat right, train hard, get rest, and youll grow
 
Test Is test. But there are different esters. Prop is short which is in and out your system. Cyp and and enan are longer esters which are released into the body slowly and take longer to clear. You're better off with cyp or enanthate

Thats what my research has showed. Just curious why.
 
Test c and e dont kick in until week 4-5 and Prop wont take that long at all! It your choice which one you use.
 
i bet you can put on 15 lbs you want to gain just by upping the food intake. try it for a few months and train your ass off. this gives you time to do more research and map out what course you want to take. more importantly save a few bucks so you have everything you need post cycle or if problems come up. relax. slow and steady. nice and smooth and smart. keep training and keep reading here. let the good bros guide you. you'll be better off in the long run. get those cals and intensity up.
 
You could put on much more weight without AAS. Get with 3J on your diet and try that out before you do anything.
 
I've had more gains off prop in a week and a half than I got through half my cycle on enanthate. if you can take the pip use prop. every1 says use enanthate or cyp first cycle, i wish i woulda bit the bullet and went with prop first cycle honestly. you can get by with pinning mwf on prop just 1 extra pin per week. hurts about 5x as bad but hey no pain no gain.
 
You are kind of young and changing your diet could def help you grow but I mean only you knows your body and your gonna do what you want to do. It seems as if you done your research is good. Just make sure you know as much you can know bc you don't want to end up on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at such a young age an damage your body.
But first cycle a lot like to keep basic to see how your body will react to it.
Test e or c are the common ones for first timers
500mg a week, pin Monday, Thursday
Get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like liquidex, since it's your first cycle I wouldn't take it every other day just make sure you have it on hand, see how your body reacts to AAS. I would recommend Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during cycle at 500iu a week, helps with keeping gains and makes your post cycle therapy (pct) go a lot smoother. And then post cycle therapy (pct) just something basic like clomid 50/50/20/20 and nolvadex 20/20/10/10 for 4 weeks 14-21 days after your last pin. That's basically your barebone cycle right there. And eat like it's going out of style and train like a beast.
 
TEST PROP FTW!!! EAT 5000 CALORIES SHIT!!!! you will gain good amount of muscle beans alot of calories lol and you need it you look lik 10to8 percent BF
