You happened to ask me at the right time. @221lbs (last max effort day) I pulled 700lbs with belt, wraps, groove briefs, and 3 solid draws of "Nose Tork."
Off cycle, I historically have lost about 20% of my strength. But I don't often try to PR off cycle. Why break what one cannot repair?
I started westside training when I first joined this board a few years ago. I have been "on" since then and don't think I am ever going to come off. Two years ago, I was a 1300lb lifter. This weekend, I will be elite. Yeah...QUEUE MY EXIT THEME MUSIC JEEVES!!!!
