Just 2 months with 3J's Nutrition system.

It's already been two months with 3j's diet. My progress has been simply amazing. Started around 185lbs high 20's bodyfat% and now im sitting at 165lbs with around 15%. I'm speachless, I can't imagine what another 2 months will do. He's very profesionnal and gives you the most personnal service you can imagine. I dont know how many times i emailed him for diet question and he's always quick to reply and give you the help or the motivation to keep going. He's really great to deal with and you WILL see fast results if you put the efforts in and follow his system.

Once again thanks 3j. Cant wait you have in store for me, for the months to come.

good job man. I'm on a 3j diet too. i'm going the opposite way of you though, I'm trying to gain not lose. Once I get my test level back in check it might start working haha. Don't stop taking a PH right before a bulking diet. Making it really hard for me to gain anything. can't wait for this clomid to get here.
