i see many people come into this section and the steroid discussion section of many boards looking for advice on gear and getting ready to cycle without having a clue as to what nutrition is and how your diet should be looking all together..


try to remember that your bound by physical laws.. in order to get bigger you have to intake mass....

think of running gear with a poor diet like trying to build a house without material.. it's just not gonna happen.. your gonna lose all the gains (which i would presume is mostly water weight) if your diet is not correct from the get go...

i will be giving free diet advice in the diet section of this forum.. get down there and get your diet checked out...

remember, 80% of getting big and ripped is your diet being solid...

jamy, r u providing assistance in diet based on personal experience and knowledge uve attained through ure readings, or do u have actual credentials with a background in the field?

either way, a lot of guys here, both members and non members, could use some advise and tips on diet so your help is greatly appreciared. Hope they take advantage of it.

LET ME MAKE SOMETHING CLEAR

i do not give diet advice out for a living.. i did not go to some nutrition school and i do not claim to be a guru in any way shape or form..

what i can tell you is that i have extensive background in dieting and training through personal experiences and the teachings of some greats like Nark, NOVA, BINO, and Ronny...

if your looking to shape up your diet and go in the right direction.. I AM YOUR GUY..

if you looking for contest prep through advanced loading and deloading and the such, i would highly recommend you find someone with educated credentials, though i am versed in the matter to a certain degree..

i am not a competitive body builder...

i like to be strong and look good... and i know what it takes nutrition wise to get there...

the proof will only come in results through my advice.. i could sit here and talk all day long guys...

get your asses in the diet forum and get checked out.. i promise you'll be steered in the correct direction

Bro why don't you post some real deal sample diets you speak of. If they're helpful & on point maybe they can become stickies & you can be eternalized here at ology! Seriously dude, if you can offer good sample diets why retype em again & again? Once people catch wind of your knowledge they're sure to PM u with repetitive nonstop questions... Post up some of your diets & just refer to them when asked. IMO that would be a nice way to help everyone without constantly being asked the same things (ie how can I gain 10lbs, how can I lose 10 lbs...)

i eat 6 bags of potato chips with mustard for protein and minerals. my neighbor said grass has natural minerals from the soil so lately i've using my blender to mix grass with the soil and some milk. these are trade secrets maybe can comment on this using ure wisdom bro. also watching cartoons enhances ure glucosomintricotetion muscular levels and neurons in ure brain. works good for pumps.

Iam gonna try the cartoon one, massive how much have you seen in muscle growth while watching cartoons. Do you watch them as you work out , before or after.. I mean let us know mayne... LMAO

also, i wouldn't wanna refer people to my sample bulk and cut.. i actually wanna help people customize a diet around their needs...

they just have to put the time in and do the math..
