I was initially hospitalized for 6 months and put on rapid steroids which caused alot of bloat, hunger and weight gain. When I got out of the hospital i had to do something about my body!! I have bin training for the past 3 years now. At the start I did the typical low weight, high rep lots of cardio that any newbe girl would do when they first step in a gym with no direction. Now I train each muscle group twice a week going as heavy as i can for low reps (6-10) Anyways, I really want to increase my strength and put on some size because i think i might try competing with my boyfriend next year (haha i know dont listen to guys ). I have my first bottle of 10mg capsules of ananavar and want to start my first cycle I have spent countless hours reseaching about this from sides to dosage to pct to nutrition everything i can imagine or that has come up when ive typed in the word anavar i have read. Oh i forgot to mention i was hospitalized a second time during those 3 years and diagnosed with MS. I take a weekly injection of avonex but i have also done my studying and have only read how using aas with MS is positive. (no family doctor will ever back you up on this by the way though lol)
Anyways, its now my passion so...
Here are my questions:
1.To get the most gain from this cycle is my diet okay? I eat something like this..
Breakfast - Cup of Oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder
lunch - 3 Eggs, almonds coconut oil
Dinner - Chicken, Carb, Greens x2
Snacks - Apple, Banana, Protein muffin(bodybuilding.com) Protein shake with dextrose after the gym, Greek yogurt before bed.
2.Because i have capsules i cant do 5mg split or 10mg split so when is the best time to take my 1 10mg capsule a day?
3. Just ANY advice, suggestions or comments all appreciated.
