Just a little advice & suggestion first cycle anavar

Weight: 133
Height: 5'5
BF-19%

I was initially hospitalized for 6 months and put on rapid steroids which caused alot of bloat, hunger and weight gain. When I got out of the hospital i had to do something about my body!! I have bin training for the past 3 years now. At the start I did the typical low weight, high rep lots of cardio that any newbe girl would do when they first step in a gym with no direction. Now I train each muscle group twice a week going as heavy as i can for low reps (6-10) Anyways, I really want to increase my strength and put on some size because i think i might try competing with my boyfriend next year (haha i know dont listen to guys :p). I have my first bottle of 10mg capsules of ananavar and want to start my first cycle :D I have spent countless hours reseaching about this from sides to dosage to pct to nutrition everything i can imagine or that has come up when ive typed in the word anavar i have read. Oh i forgot to mention i was hospitalized a second time during those 3 years and diagnosed with MS. I take a weekly injection of avonex but i have also done my studying and have only read how using aas with MS is positive. (no family doctor will ever back you up on this by the way though lol)
Anyways, its now my passion so...
Here are my questions:

1.To get the most gain from this cycle is my diet okay? I eat something like this..

Breakfast - Cup of Oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder
lunch - 3 Eggs, almonds coconut oil
Dinner - Chicken, Carb, Greens x2
Snacks - Apple, Banana, Protein muffin(bodybuilding.com) Protein shake with dextrose after the gym, Greek yogurt before bed.

2.Because i have capsules i cant do 5mg split or 10mg split so when is the best time to take my 1 10mg capsule a day?

3. Just ANY advice, suggestions or comments all appreciated.
 
1. thats not enough info for diet.. we need bmr/tdee, macros for daily totals
2. you should really start at 5mg and work your way up to make sure you dont experience sides.. 10mg is usually ok for women though

off the top of my head i can say with certainty that the diet is poor and your not going to get good results from the var with a poor diet
 
haha sorry i typed that out super fast before heading to work. I cant start at 5mg, i wanted to but i only have 10mg capsules :( I used your directions in your "diet post" to calculate all these numbers. My BMR 1435 and my TDEE is 2476. I go really hard at the gym, not many breaks and lift as heavy as i can but on my off days i literally just sit around and dont do much of anything. A usual gym day diet looks something like this give or take (im not 110% strict or serious but ive come a very long way from only being able to sit up in a hospital bed and i just take pride in how much ive accomplished after being severly hospitalized and IF i competed itd be for fun but i still would like to see how far i can push myself and exceed expectations)

1st
oatmeal + whey protein powder
2nd
almonds + eggs + coconut oil
3rd
chicken + bread + brocoli
4th
chicken + pasta OR big spoons of natural pb and bread
GYM
5th
Protein shake with dextrose
6th
chicken or fish + pasta + brocoli
Before Bed
Greek yogurt

Then i snack on a banana, apple and protein muffin AND natty pb if i didnt have any earlier.
by the end of the day thats around
2449 cal
86g fat
230g carb
225 pro

on thursdays are my injection nights and i smoke weed to help the pain (the sides of a once a week avonex injection are VERY painful) and i usually just eat whatever after the gym that night.

cant u just use a razor blade or pill cutter and slice the 10mg pill in half so it would be 5mg?
