Alright.. Im 20 yrs old 5'10 140lbs soaking wet and I am getting desperate to gain wait. I want to gain 15lbs by December 15 2010 and weigh 175 by June 5 2011.. I have included a pic so you can see what im dealing with..

Here is the diet program I have put together but i dont know how to count caolories or anything..

7:00 am
MEAL # 1
4 Whole Eggs
Oatmeal Pack
Whey Protein Shake
Milk

9:00 am
MEAL # 2
2 Turkey Sandwiches
1 PBJ Sandwhich
Banana
Water

10:30 am
MEAL # 3
Tuna Fish Sandwich
Banana
Water

12:00 pm
MEAL # 4
2 Chicken Breast Sandwhiches
1 PBJ Sandwhch
Whey Protein Shake
Water

2:30 pm
MEAL #5
2 Turkey Sandwhiches
Whey Protein Shake

Whole Chicken

I do not have a workout schedule or plan yet to gain mucle size so any help will be greatly appreciated. I have a bottle of sustabolin 250 that im considering but want to wait until January before so i know if i am gaining naturally or not.
