I started a month ago at 287 and 43yrs old. Today I'm 275. I'm doing P90x and adjusting my diet. I'm eating about 2,000 cals a day, lots of protein some carbs.
I'm weak. I suck at pushup can't do pullup. I've been doing pushups on my knees. Now I do about 30. Should I start doing regular pushup though I may be able to do 8ish? Any thing I can do to build muscle faster?
