Just got blood work back, Question

Hi, just got my test results back from labcorp and it is showing my Estradiol at 76.5 and my Ast 42 and Alt at 50. These were the only highs on the test.
I was wondering if bumping my Adex to .5 eod Instesd of .5 e3d would bring it down to a normal range. Also would taking Milk Thistle help with the AST and Alt? Thanks for your input.

Liv.52 worked wonders for my ALT/AST levels. Were you cycling to get your E2 up so high, or was this on a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose? .5 E3D is a pretty moderate dose, so I'm surprised that your E2 would be so high. .5 EOD might bring it down, but I would definitely get another blood test after 4 weeks of bumping it up personally.

Thanks for the input, I blasted and then cruised and recently started a blast phase again. I will up the adex and get some liv.52 Thanks again

Yeah that estrogen is a pretty high reading. I can't have mine over 30. Something to consider.........I am a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) patient and I was on arimidex and every time I have used arimidex, my ALT and AST values are higher than normal. That is a side effect of arimidex. Look it up. So I switched to aromasin and got on Liv-52 (which is now called LiverCare instead of Liv-52) and my values have been low. Just something to consider. I will say that aromasin is much weaker than arimidex for me so that means I have to take more. I am taking 25mg EOD at the moment on 100mg per week test cyp and my estrogen stays around 28-30. Good info and i appreciate the link it helps alot. I will up the Adex and just see if it helps. Im guessing the aromasin will have its own sides.
