Just got BW back, not good!

Hi all

I have just got my blood works back after being on Testo-Gel for 16 weeks. When I started Testo-Gel my levels were 10.7 (Ranges are 8.6 - 35.5) Well 16 weeks later and still feeling no better my blood works are.....

Serum Testosterone 9.4 (272 in the USA)
Serum Oestradiol 53
Serum Cortisol 383

I don't know what the correct ranges on E2 should be and my Dr does not know either, only the labs know and they wont tell me and my Doctor wont ask as he said they would have said otherwise if they were abnormal?

My Testosterone is very very low, but Dr said it still falls in to the 'Normal' range. I have seen a few Dr's in this practice about this and they are all saying the same thing. I am really not happy about this. My anxiety is very high, all I want to do is sleep all day, I have no energy, abdominal weight, sex drive is very low.

What actions can I take next as my Dr and Urologist are not helping and going private I just cant afford.

I have heard there is a guy on this forum who has a lot to offer on the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) subject and can probably provide some good advice. I don't remember his name but do some searches and you will come across him. See if he can help.

One of the problems is your estrogen might be high, and if 9.4 is your total T than yeah you are about dead, but Im guessing that number is your free. You might need to see a specialist.

Hook up with IMT here , they"ll get you right . Or just find another doctor , yours sucks , and the lab workers . You should always have the right to your own lab test results , whether it be normal or abnormal . And always demand a copy of the blood test results .....~Bo

You might have to just look around over there bro. I am unsure if IMT can help you out if you live in England but you might want to check with them. Best of luck.

By the way things are going I may have to do it myself. Gear is easy to get in the UK and luckily not illegal to have but illegal to sell but most gyms sell it!!

If I am to do it myself how does 150mg of Test Cyp every 5 days sound? Would I need an AI? I am 38, 6ft and 220lbs.

100-150 sounds about right every 5-7 days. It seems most people need at least an Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and a lot need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). But really only shrinkage in your balls will determine Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) use and labs will determine Aromatase inhibitor (AI) use.
