Just joined gym. what sort of training program???

ive just joined a gym to start training, i want to get as big as possible. im 5'8, weigh 11 and 1/2 stone and im 22. want to work on cardio aswell coz once i start training for a while im gonna start muay thai boxing. i was wondering if anyone could recommend any traing programmes as im clueless as im an absolute novice. also i dont know what things like squats are and deadlifts. dont know none of the lingo. any onfo would be much appreciated. cheers ppl.
 
Take a look through the training section and look for clips of people doing certain exercises...Thats a good start..

Also, take it slow, dont throw on more weigtht you can handle...Don't be intimidated by otheres doing a ton weight in your gym...
