Well here we go…22, 155 pounds, 5’7, 15% body fat, gym membership for 5 years, want to be 175 10% body fat. I’m at the gym 3-4 times a week. Can’t say I have the most perfect diet, some days I eat huge 5 meals a day, and sometimes I get lazy. I suspect low levels of test in me, very lazy at times.
Anyhow I was thinking to do 6 weeks of Nolvadex by itself, and see if it would give me a little bit of an edge to workout harder and eat more, at the same time I think it will prepare me for the real stuff. What do you think?
