Just so all you know, you can get insulin at walmart. Go to the pharmacy and ask for Humulin (its over the counter), Humalog is a fast acting insulin and has to have a script. They cannot ask questions, so if they do just ask to speak to a manager or say you are being harassed. And its only 24 bucks for like 100 ui's.

Please do not fuck with this shit though if you do not know how to use it properly.

I keep hearing this. I wonder if it has to do with state law or if this is country-wide. I'm terrified of the stuff even though I'm a diabetic, but I do know that insulin is one of the most anabolic substances around. It's probably because I know what hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) feels like - scarier than anything I've ever encountered with AAS, that's for sure!

Thanks for the information though! I might have to go stock up if I ever get the balls to try it out without messing up my current a1c. :wiggle:

I'm going to start reading up on slin. I've heard such good things about it, but I'm worried about the diabetes risk associated with it. Can your pancreas become dependent on the insulin and stop producing it itself? Diabetes runs in both sides of my family so I'm doing anything to prevent it. Believe it or not since starting aas my risk has gone down probably because I work out almost everyday and eat well.

Bro, look this guy up, I love his stuff and he knows what he is talking about. Besides that Read up on insulin. The shit is amazing. I am gonna run some my next cycle now that i know what it is and what it does. But i am still researching to learn more before hand. Read for like 3 hours on the shit today.

From what I understand there is minimal risk for complete pancreatic shutdown, but I totally agree with reading up on this as much as possible to make sure an educated decision is made. Since my pancreas is already being a stubborn turd (I do have type II diabetes) this could potentially be quite a boon for me, but as the potential for death is there, I try to tread lightly.

Hypoglycemia is scary shit that I have had to deal with on more than one occasion as I'm on glipizide, a drug that forces the pancreas to release more insulin on demand. There's nothing like instantly feeling extremely weak, starting a cold sweat and getting uncontrollable shakes while you frantically look for a source of glucose to keep your brain from shutting down. I'm not trying to scare anyone, but if not careful - this isn't something you can undo if you overdose and don't recognize the warning symptoms before it's too late. You're definitely right lakers0812, exercise and proper diet are key to reducing your risk of insulin resistance/diabetes!

The reason you cycle it is so you never depend on it. If you were to keep taking it, the same thing would happen that does with test, you shut down your natty supply. And to cycle slin it actually takes a lil stress off of your body cause its not having to do the work to maintain and regulate slin levels. I have read and heard that it is one of the most anabolic things around. Not actual anabolic effect, but makes the anabolics and recovery time way way faster!!!

Doesn't that vary state to state?

I think its the same state to state. Most of the time if a law is made making a substance illegal then it is made illegal across the states, except for weed of course...lol... Same with medical patient confidentiality. They cant ask why, when, or how if its over the counter. Just keep track of it, and its not a watched item like like that meth making ingredient cold medicine.

I'm running slin with my test c 500/ wk for 12 wks. Running slin four weeks on four weeks on and so on. Doing 10 units an hr pre work out, and 10 units post, along with another 10 units in the late afternoon. Shit is amazing, pumps are crazy almost unbearable.... Got my slin at Walmart. Wouldn't recommend doing that many units a day, especially for beginners. Do your research, and start off slow, its very dangerous especially pre workout, can be deadly.

I don't think I'll ever mess with insulin injections too risky I'll just eat a banana after my workout and spike my insulin hopefully lol

It's available in MN....but its $91/10mls at all the walgreens....gotta call a walmart now...
Tech on the phone knew exactly what I wanted it for too. lol. Told me to be careful and make sure I have lots of fast acting carbs plus more on hand than I think I need.
